Policy
It is the policy of the Company to provide our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, which will serve as a guide to proper business conduct for all employees, customers and business partners. We expect all employees, customers and business partners to observe the highest standards of ethics and integrity in their conduct. This means following a basic code of ethical behavior that includes the following.

We all benefit tremendously when employees and clients exercise their power to prevent mistakes or wrongdoing by asking the right questions at the right times.
Compliance with policies, laws, rules and regulations:
Our commitment to integrity begins with complying with laws, rules and regulations where we do business. We have an understanding of company policies, laws, rules and regulations that apply to our specific services both at national and international business regions. In cases where we are unsure of whether a contemplated action is permitted by law or Company policy, we seek advice from the appropriate resource center and authority. We are responsible for preventing violations of law and for speaking up if we see possible violations.
Anti-bribery and dubious Business Courtesies
We do not feel any entitlement to accept any form of undue business courtesy or gratification. Hence, we shun bribery or any form of dubious business courtesies of gratification that may adversely affect our reputation for impartiality and fair dealing, or result in unfair influence in the execution of our business obligation.
Confidentiality
Integral to our business success is our protection of confidential company information, as well as non-public information entrusted to us by employees, customers and other business partners. Confidential and proprietary information includes such things as pricing and financial data, customer names/addresses or nonpublic information about other companies, including current or potential suppliers and vendors.
We will not disclose confidential and non-public information without a valid business or legal purpose and proper authorization.
